Cancellation & Late Policies
A credit card is required to schedule a service. To avoid being subject to 100% of the service price, cancellations and changes to service must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. The full service(s) cost will be charged for any late cancellation or no-show appointments.
Should you arrive late to your appointment, your service will be modified to maximize what time you have left without comprising the next appointment. If your service is shorter due to your late arrival, you will be charged for the full price of service.
